Yamunotri Temple :
excursions to Yamunotri temple (one of the four (Char) dhams of Uttarakhand),

Lakhamandal (the place where Duryodhan tried to burn Pandav's by making the house of lakh), Mori (where you can do the exciting river rafting on river tons) and Purola (the widest valley in this area and where the ancient Yagna Vedic Kund was discovered by ASI. Also if you are adventure lover then you can do day hike to near by mountains or 2-5 days trek of Har Ki dun trek, Ruinsara Lake trek and Sar Tal Trek.

Yamunotri (One of the Chardham of Uttarakhand) Janki Chatti from where the trek starts for Yamunotri temple is just 1 ½ hours drive (38 kms) from our camp and then another 5 kms trek and you will reach the source of holy river Yamuna and the temple dedicated to Goddess Yamuna.

MORI
If you are an adventure enthusiast and lover water sports and particularly river rafting then this is the place for you in summer when the water level of river Tons is perfect for the River Rafting activity. Mori is just 45 kms from our Resort and comfortable day trip is possible.

PUROLA
On the way to Mori you will cross this scenic valley and few years ago ASI discovered few 2000 years old coins and the ruins of Yagya Vedica Kund associated with Ashwamedha Yagya.

LAKHAMANDAL
Camp NirvanaLakhamandal is around 36 kms from our camp and this is believed to a place where Duryodhana (the Kaurava prince) tried to kill Pandava's inside the house of lakh. You will find here many anceint Shivling's and the ruins of Shiva Temple.
